Moral Injection Online Analysis Method to Determine the Total Nitrogen Content in the Water Quality
The content of the total nitrogen in the water quality was measured by the flow injection method.The results showed that the linear fit between the total nitrogen concentration and the peak area was:Y = 0.998 11+3.416 67X,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 77;the detection limit was mdl = 0.0133 73 mg/L.The relative standard deviation is 1.40%.the bidding recovery rate is 98.0%～110.0%.The requirements for water quality monitoring can meet the requirements of the national standard testing.Mobile injection online analysis method has the characteristic of high degree of automation,high detection sensitivity,good stability,small consumption reagent,and small environmental pollution,which is suitable for detection and analysis of total nitrogen content in batch water samples.
