Research on the Application of Rapid Detection Methods for Phosphorus Residues in the Environment
In order to solve the problem of low detection efficiency of organic phosphorus residues such as parathion and parathion,a rapid detection technology based on surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy was proposed.Using gold nanosols as the enhancement substrate and a portable Raman spectrometer as the detection equipment,multi-point simultaneous detection of multiple organic phosphorus substances was achieved.Practical applications have shown that there is a direct relationship between the concentrations of sulfur, parathion, and Raman peak intensity, which can achieve quantitative and accurate detection. The minimum detection mass concentration for sulfur is 0.009 μg/L,the minimum detectable mass concentration of parathion is 0.02 μg/L,which has the advantages of high detection accuracy, fast speed, and simultaneous detection of multiple substances, achieving rapid on-site determination of phosphorus residues in the environment.
