Determination and Uncertainty Assessment of Total Phosphorus in Water
Objective:To measure the total phosphorus content in water samples and evaluate it.Method:The ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method was used for determination, and the uncertainty factors affecting the total phosphorus content in water samples were evaluated through the repeatability of measurement, preparation of standard solution, and fitting of standard curve.Result:The expanded uncertainty of total phosphorus mass concentration in the water sample is 0.027 mg/L,and the total phosphorus mass concentration is 0.350 mg/L±0.027 mg/L.Conclusion:The uncertainty introduced by the preparation of standard solutions is the main factor affecting the uncertainty, and the water sample is classified as Class IV water quality based solely on the total phosphorus mass concentration.
