Study on the Determination Method of Trihalomethane in Environmental Water by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
In order to address the shortcomings of low efficiency and poor accuracy in the determination of trihalomethanes in water,a new gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined determination technology is proposed. After collecting the sample to be tested,it is transferred to an empty bottle. After being purged, captured, and cleaned, the trihalomethane in the water is removed and adsorbed using a collector. Finally, after pyrolysis,it enters the gas chromatography column for separation, mass spectrometry detector for measurement, and external standard method for quantification to obtain the measurement results.According to practical applications, the detection limit of the new measurement method is 0.001 to 0.03 μg/L,with a relative standard deviation of 0.95%to 2.2%,has high testing accuracy and can meet the simultaneous determination of 5 types of trihalomethanes.
