利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定土壤中多环芳烃的含量研究

建立了气相色谱-质谱联用仪定量定性分析土壤中 6种多环芳烃化合物的方法.通过对实验土壤净化、提取、定容、浓缩等处理后,进行了实验分析,实验结果表明,方法检出限为 0.03~0.99 μg/kg,回收率为 78.22%~96.43%,可以满足环境样品中多环芳烃定量分析要求.利用该方法对实验地区的 20 份土壤样品中的多环芳烃化合物进行检测,除了苯并[c]芴、苯并[a]蒽和环戊并[c,d]芘 3种多环芳烃化合物被检出外,其余化合物均未检出.
Study on the Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Soil Using Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
A method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.After purification,extraction,constant volume,and concentration of experimental soil,experimental analysis was conducted,and the results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.03~0.99 μg/kg,with a recovery rate of 78.22%to 96.43%,it can meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental samples.This method was used to detect polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 20 soil samples from the experimental area.Except for benzo[c]fluorene,benzo[a]anthracene,and cyclopentano[c,d]pyrene,all other PAHs were detected.
