Study on the Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Soil Using Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
A method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of six polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. After purification, extraction, constant volume, and concentration of experimental soil, experimental analysis was conducted, and the results showed that the detection limit of the method was 0.03~0.99 μg/kg,with a recovery rate of 78.22%to 96.43%,it can meet the requirements for quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in environmental samples. This method was used to detect polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 20 soil samples from the experimental area.Except for benzo[c]fluorene, benzo[a]anthracene, and cyclopentano[c,d]pyrene, all other PAHs were detected.
