板材含水率对甲醛释放量相对标准不确定度的影响

摘要
以市售中度纤维板材为研究对象,讨论了板材含水率对甲醛释放量检测结果的影响,并且通过实验数据计算甲醛释放量的相对标准不确定度来检验数据的稳定性.结果表明,随着板材含水率增大,甲醛释放量呈现上升趋势,而相对标准不确定度则先增加后减小.因此,板材含水率对甲醛释放量有较大影响,检测时应将板材含水率问题纳入甲醛释放量结果中.
Abstract
This paper focused on the impact of the different ratio of moisture content of specimen on formaldehyde emission test results by commercial medium fiber board.The relative standard uncertainty of the formaldehyde emission was calculated by many experiment.The results showed with the increase of moisture content,the formaldehyde emission test values showed an upward trend,and the relative standard uncertainty of formaldehyde increases first,then decreases.In addition,the moisture content of the sample has a greater impact on the grade of the plate.According to the results mentioned above,moisture content correction coefficient should be considered when national standard of formaldehyde emission were revised.
