Exploration of ICP-AES Method for Determining Lead,Zinc,Nickel, and Tin in Waste Circuit Boards
The main research focuses on the determination method of lead, zinc, nickel, and tin content in waste circuit boards. The waste circuit board samples were crushed and selected by wind. After preparation, the samples were made of both metal and non-metal materials.Hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as solvents to dissolve all the tested components.Tartaric acid masked interfering ions, and the content of the tested elements was measured using an inductively coupled plasmon atomic emission spectrometer in hydrochloric acid(10%)medium.This method is easy and fast to operate, with a detection limit that meets the minimum concentration requirements,a wide measurement range, high accuracy, and good precision. The recovery rate of spiked test samples is 89.7%~99.8%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.47%~1.58%.
