Design and Debugging of Passive Ray Coal Quality Detection System
In order to solve the problems of long cycle,high cost,and delayed results in traditional burning weighing method for detecting coal ash content,a simple overview of coal ash content detection technology was provided.The overall structure of the passive ray coal quality detection system was completed,and the role of key modules was analyzed.The focus was on the selection and design of photomultiplier tubes,signal processing units,and detectors,and the calibration and verification of the passive ray coal quality detection system were completed.
