酒石酸溴莫尼定质量标准研究

摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,在同一色谱条件下按外标法测定酒石酸溴莫尼定的含量.其中,含量测定采用 100%酒石酸溴莫尼定对照品溶液.结果表明:本方法稳定性好、简单快速、重现性好,可作为原料药酒石酸溴莫尼定的质量控制标准.
Abstract
Using high-performance liquid chromatography,the content of bromonidine tartrate using the external standard method under the same chromatographic conditions is determined.Among them,the content was determined using a 100%bromonidine tartrate reference solution.The results show that this method has good stability,simplicity,speed,and reproducibility,and can be used as the quality control standard for the raw material drug bromonidine tartrate.
