为解决原HPF脱硫工艺存在的脱硫、脱氨效果差问题,基于现有的HPF脱硫工艺,提出了一套焦炉煤气加压脱硫新工艺.该工艺利用脱硫塔加压操作及塔顶引入清水洗涤,使脱硫脱氨同时完成.通过对新工艺模拟结果可知,本文提出的加压脱硫工艺可很好地满足工艺要求,同时解决原有HPF工艺生产中所遇到问题,经过流程及热量优化后,实现工艺的连续生产.
Simulation Study on Pressurized Desulfurization Process of Coke Oven Gas
In order to solve the problem of poor desulfurization and ammonia removal efficiency in the original HPF desulfurization process,a new coke oven gas pressurized desulfurization process is proposed based on the existing HPF desulfurization process.This process utilizes the pressurization operation of the desulfurization tower and the introduction of clean water washing at the top of the tower to complete desulfurization and deamination simultaneously.Through the simulation results of the new process,it can be seen that the pressurized desulfurization process proposed in this article can well meet the process requirements and solve the problems encountered in the production of the original HPF process.After process and heat optimization,continuous production of the process can be achieved.
