摘要
研究了晋城矿区高硫无烟粉煤的煤灰特性,特别是灰熔点和黏温特性.针对这些特性,通过大量基础分析和试验,采用添加助熔剂的方法,成功将入炉煤灰熔点降低至 1300℃左右,保证了气化炉的稳定运行.
Abstract
The ash characteristics,especially the ash melting point and viscosity temperature characteristics,of high sulfur smokeless coal in Jincheng mining area were studied.In response to these characteristics,through extensive basic analysis and experiments,the method of adding flux was adopted to successfully reduce the melting point of the incoming coal ash to around 1 300℃,ensuring the stable operation of the gasifier.
