摘要
MTBE装置开工初期目的产品MTBE纯度相对偏低.基于此,通过优化醇烯比,降低原料预热温度、降低催化蒸馏塔塔压,保证稳定的催化蒸馏塔灵敏板温度和催化蒸馏塔底温度,优化原料碳四和循环甲醇性质,快速提高MTBE纯度.
Abstract
The purity of target products MTBE during the initial operation of the MTBE unit is relatively low.Based on this,by optimizing the alcohol to olefin ratio,reducing the preheating temperature of the raw materials,lowering the pressure of the catalytic distillation tower,ensuring stable temperature of the sensitive plate and bottom of the catalytic distillation tower,the properties of the carbon tetrachloride and circulating methanol of the raw materials are optimized,and MTBE purity is rapidly improved.
