摘要
基于烟煤黏结指数测定原理,实施影响烟煤黏结指数准确测定因素分析研究.具体研究中采用试验分析法,参考现行标准规范,对不同干燥条件下的烟煤黏结指数进行综合分析,进而结合烟煤粒度,综合确认烟煤黏结指数准确测定影响因素.通过试验确认,主要影响因素包括专用无烟煤质量、搅拌方法及时间、压块质量、马弗炉温度控制、转鼓试验等.基于试验分析结果,提出测定杨梅黏结指数准确控制建议,以期可以为后续杨梅黏结指数测定操作提供建议参考.
Abstract
Based on the principle of measuring bituminous coal caking index,an analysis of factors affecting the accurate measurement of bituminous coal caking index was conducted.In the specific research,experimental analysis method was used,referring to current standard specifications,to comprehensively analyze the caking index of bituminous coal under different drying conditions,and then combined with the particle size of bituminous coal,accurately determine the influencing factors of the caking index of bituminous coal.Through experimental confirmation,the main influencing factors include the quality of specialized anthracite coal,mixing method and time,compaction quality,muffle furnace temperature control,drum test,etc.Based on experimental analysis results,accurate control suggestions for measuring the bonding index of waxberries are proposed,in order to provide suggestions and references for subsequent waxberry bonding index measurement operations.
