Using Classical Mechanics to Calculate the Ground State Energy of Hydrogen Atoms and Electron Pairs
The author extends Professor Chen Jing's theoretical model of using classical mechanics to calculate the bond length, bond energy, and force constant of hydrogen molecules at Yunnan University.Using the method of classical mechanics, the ground state energies of hydrogen atoms and electron pairs were calculated, and the theoretical calculated values were 13.6 eV and 6.8 eV,respectively. The theoretical calculated values are consistent with the experimental values. The theoretical model is intuitive, the calculation method is simple, and the calculation results are accurate, without adding any artificial parameters.
