摘要
采用阻垢剂添加在锅炉水中,可通过阻垢剂与水样中离子的作用,减少水垢的产生,提高锅炉使用的安全性.采用挂片法的实验方式,对不同阻垢剂作用时的阻垢效果进行实验分析,结果表明,在相同的用量及水样条件下,ATMP的阻垢效果最佳,可作为优选的阻垢剂.
Abstract
Adding scale inhibitors to boiler water can reduce the generation of scale and improve the safety of boiler use through the interaction between scale inhibitors and ions in the water sample.Using the hanging plate method,the scale inhibition effect of different scale inhibitors was experimentally analyzed.The results showed that under the same dosage and water sample conditions,ATMP had the best scale inhibition effect and could be used as the optimal scale inhibitor.
