Optimization Study on the Regeneration of Anion and Cation Resins in the Water Treatment System of Thermal Power Plants under Long-term Operation
In response to the resin regeneration problem in thermal power plants,a regeneration optimization method was adopted to optimize the anion and cation resins in their water treatment systems.By comparing and analyzing the regeneration efficiency,ion exchange rate,and cation exchange capacity of the anion and cation resins before and after optimization,it was verified that the optimized regeneration method can effectively improve their regeneration efficiency and extend the service life of the anion resins.The experimental results show that when the temperature is 30℃,using chemical regeneration method for resin regeneration can increase the efficiency by more than 20%.Therefore,the method of improving the regeneration efficiency of anion and cation resins without changing the ion exchange capacity can provide assistance for future water treatment systems.
