摘要
山西焦化为解决延迟焦化装置水力除焦系统设备使用的除焦阀门出现的进水管线振动大、声音响且阀芯上下运动时阻力大的情况,加上国家对环保及工业自动化的要求越来越高,根据实际情况和现场相关配套设备的一些配置,提出除焦阀门驱动装置气动改电动的技术改型设想.本文从技术改型过程中的两种驱动结构对比、现场适用工况、改造技术难度及所遇故障解决进行分析,来证实技术改型的可行性.
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of high inlet pipeline vibration,loud sound,and high resistance when the valve core moves up and down in the hydraulic decoking system equipment used in delayed coking equipment,Shanxi Coking Company proposes a technical transformation plan for the pneumatic to electric drive device of the decoking valve drive device based on the actual situation and some configurations of relevant on-site supporting equipment,in addition to the increasing requirements of environmental protection and industrial automation by the country.This article analyzes the feasibility of technological retrofitting by comparing two types of driving structures,on-site applicable working conditions,technical difficulties in retrofitting,and troubleshooting encountered during the process.
