垃圾渗滤液恶臭处理中生物除臭技术的应用

城市经济发展迅速,城市建筑空间紧凑,而城市生活垃圾中转站作为市政设施,由于其运营过程中产臭流程多,极易对周边环境及居民造成不良影响,引发环保投诉.为解决华东地区某城市垃圾中转站渗滤液处理设施的恶臭污染问题,对渗滤液处理设施产生的臭气进行密封负压收集后送入两级生物滴滤除臭设备进行处理.处理结果表明,除臭设备经过长约 6d的微生物驯化期后进入稳定运行期,稳定运行后H2S去除率可以达到 99.9%以上,TVOC去除率可超过 80%,臭气浓度可降至200~300(无量纲),有效解决了城市垃圾中转站渗滤液处理设施的恶臭污染问题,改善了周边居民生活环境.
Application of Biological Deodorization Technology in Odor Treatment of Landfill Leachate
With the rapid development of urban economy and compact urban building space,the municipal solid waste transfer station,as a municipal facility,has a lot of smelly processes in its operation process.The malodorous gas causes adverse effects on the surrounding environment and residents and leading to environmental complaints.In order to solve the odor pollution in the leachate treatment facility of a municipal refuse transfer station in East China,the malodorous gas produced by the leachate treatment facility was collected by sealed negative pressure and sent to the two-stage biotrickling filter.The microbial acclimation period of deodorization system lasted about 6 days.And the results showed that the removal rate of H2S can reach more than 99.9%and the removal rate of TVOC can exceed 80%.The odor concentration can be reduced to 200~300(no dimensional).The problem of odor pollution in the leachate treatment facility of municipal waste transfer station was effectively solved.The living environment of the surrounding residents was also improved.
