参比管试片法在天然气长输管道阴极保护中的应用

摘要
管道阴极保护对管道的安全运行有着至关重要的影响.结合对阴极保护中试片法的原理及测量方法的研究,并通过对山西某煤层气管道强制电流阴极保护分别采用试片法和参比管试片法测试的数据结果得出,参比管试片法可以有效降低IR降对阴极保护电位的影响,从而达到有效性评价真实可靠的结果.
Abstract
Pipeline cathodic protection has a crucial impact on the safe operation of pipelines.Combined with the research on the principle and measurement method of cathodic protection pilot film method,and through the test data of a Shanxi coalbed methane pipeline forced current cathodic protection using the test film method and the reference tube test method,it is concluded that the reference tube test method can effectively reduce the impact of IR drop on the cathodic protection potential,so as to achieve a real and reliable effectiveness evaluation results.
