永定庄煤业3-5#煤层系统性防灭火设计分析

不仅高瓦斯且易自燃煤层矿井存在火灾隐患,低瓦斯、易自燃煤层矿井同样存在高瓦斯聚集区,需设计合理的综合防灭火系统以确保矿井安全生产.本文已永定庄煤业 3-5#煤层为背景,系统分析矿井生产中潜在火灾危险源并指出防治对策,根据该矿的地质条件、开采工艺及注惰性气体防灭火方法、喷洒阻化剂防灭火方法和黄泥灌浆防灭火方法的适应性及优缺点设计得到以日常注氮为主要方法,喷洒阻化剂为辅助手段,黄泥灌浆系统为备用措施的综合防灭火系统,为矿井防灭火系统设计提供借鉴.
Systematic Fire Prevention Design Analysis of 3-5#Coal Seam in Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry
Not only the coal mine with high gas and easy spontaneous combustion has fire hazards,but also the coal mine with low gas and easy spontaneous combustion also has high gas accumulation areas.Therefore,it is necessary to design a reasonable comprehensive fire prevention system to ensure the safe production of the mine.This paper has Yongdingzhuang coal industry 3-5#coal seam as the background,a systematic analysis of the potential fire hazard sources in mine production and pointed out the prevention and control countermeasures,according to the geological conditions of the mine and mining technology and inert gas injection anti-fire method,spraying retarder anti-fire method and yellow mud grouting anti-fire adaptation and advantages and disadvantages design with daily nitrogen injection as the main method,spraying retarder as auxiliary means,yellow mud grouting system as standby measures of comprehensive fire prevention system,which provides a reference for the design of mine fire prevention system.
