摘要
为了提升华盛能源集团 6134 大倾角工作面过断层作业的安全性,决定在井下采用物探+注浆加固+卧底留顶过断层的联合综采作业技术.在井下首次采用了马丽散做注浆料提高破碎围岩的强度,首次采用卧底留顶过断层法,提高了过断层稳定性.通过实际应用效果分析,新的综采技术方案能够有效保证过断层回采的安全性,为其他矿过断层回采提供了一定的借鉴.
Abstract
In order to improve the safety of Huasheng Energy Group's 6134 high angle working face passing through faults,it has been decided to adopt a combined comprehensive mining operation technology of geophysical exploration,grouting reinforcement,and leaving a roof at the bottom to pass through faults underground.For the first time underground,Malisan was used as grouting material to improve the strength of fractured surrounding rock,and for the first time,the underground top crossing fault method was used to improve the stability of crossing faults.Through the analysis of practical application effects,the new comprehensive mining technology scheme can effectively ensure the safety of mining through faults,providing a certain reference for mining through faults in other mines.
