厚煤层回采巷道锚杆支护技术优化研究

为了解决某矿工作面厚煤层回采巷道支护问题,运用了FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,对锚杆支护方案进行了改进设计.改进后,使用高强锚杆、金属网、钢带和锚索相结合的支护形式.现场实验结果表明:采用改机支护形式后,顶板的最大偏移量为 70 mm,帮部的最大偏移量为 80 mm,较原方案分别增加了 2.4%和 6%,锚杆和锚索的轴力提升到原来的3 倍以上.改进后的锚杆支护方案比原方案稳定性更强,支护效率更高,支护成本也变得更低.
Optimization Research on Anchor Rod Support Technology for Thick Coal Seam Mining Roadway
In order to solve the support problem of thick coal seam mining roadway in a certain mining face,the FLAC3D numerical simulation method was used to improve the design of anchor rod support scheme.After improvement,a support form combining high-strength anchor rods,metal mesh,steel strips,and anchor cables will be used.The on-site experimental results show that after adopting the modified machine support form,the maximum displacement of the top plate is 70 mm,and the maximum displacement of the side is 80 mm,which is an increase of 2.4%and 6%compared to the original plan,respectively.The axial force of the anchor rod and anchor cable is increased by more than three times.The improved anchor rod support scheme has stronger stability,higher support efficiency,and lower support costs compared to the original scheme.
