Technical Renovation and Safety Protection Analysis of Torch System for Methanol Production from Coke Oven Gas
In order to further improve the efficiency and safety of methanol production from coke oven gas,the existing problems of the torch system in a methanol production line of a chemical enterprise were taken as a research case.Based on the principle and method of automatic control,PLC technology was used to comprehensively transform the torch system in the coke oven gas to methanol production process,and its safety protection measures were explored.It is expected that this technological transformation will further improve the operational quality of the enterprise's torch system,which will help further promote the stable and efficient operation of the coke oven gas to methanol production line.
