摘要

为进一步探究煤基甲醇制烯烃工业化风险如何有效降低,以某化工企业基于SHMTO技术建设的煤基甲醇制烯烃项目为研究案例,结合既有工艺工业化风险因素,对相应解决对策进行全面探究,而后通过专家评价方法确定了本次降低煤基甲醇制烯烃工业化风险途径的有效应用,以供参考.

Abstract

In order to further explore how to effectively reduce the risks of coal based methanol to olefin industrialization,a coal based methanol to olefin project constructed by a chemical enterprise based on SHMTO technology was taken as a research case.Combined with existing process industrialization risk factors,corresponding solutions were comprehensively explored.Then,through expert evaluation methods,the effective application of reducing the risks of coal based methanol to olefin industrialization was determined for reference.
