超疏水-超亲油海绵的制备及其在水污染治理中的应用研究

为有效处理含油废水,满足环保要求,采用一锅水热法制备超疏水-超亲油PVA海绵材料(STt@PVA),其可瞬时吸收氯仿、正十六烷及汽油等黏度较低的有机溶剂,高黏度食用油的吸附时长约 20 s;对正十六烷、汽油及氯仿的分离效率,依次是 98%、93%、86%.且经过 5次循环后,吸附正十六烷、氯仿-水混合物,分离效率均在 83%以上,表明STt@PVA具有很好的油水分离性能和回收性.
Preparation of Superhydrophobic Superoleophilic Sponge and its Application in Water Pollution Control
In order to effectively treat oily wastewater and meet environmental requirements,a one pot hydrothermal method was used to prepare superhydrophobic superoleophilic PVA sponge material(STt@PVA).It can instantly absorb low viscosity organic solvents such as chloroform,n-hexadecane,and gasoline,and the adsorption time of high viscosity edible oil is about 20 seconds.The separation efficiency of n-hexadecane,gasoline,and chloroform is 98%,93%,and 86%,respectively.After 5 cycles,the adsorption efficiency of n-hexadecane and chloroform water mixture was above 83%,indicating that STt@PVA has excellent oil-water separation performance and recyclability.
