Research on the Pollution Characteristics of Particulate Mercury in the Air
In response to heavy metal pollution in the air-mercury,it is necessary to emphasize the monitoring of outdoor mercury pollution emissions and also pay attention to particulate mercury pollution in indoor air.In various chemical laboratories where there is frequent exposure to mercury,it is necessary to understand the pollution characteristics of particulate mercury in order to ensure personnel safety. Therefore, this article uses the wet digestion method to extract inhalable particulate matter from indoor air, applies atomic fluorescence spectroscopy to measure the concentration of particulate mercury, and compares the mercury concentration with relevant health and environmental standards to clarify the pollution characteristics of particulate mercury. The aim is to reduce the impact of particulate mercury and ensure personnel safety by using ventilation and other means after determining the degree of mercury pollution in the air of the chemical laboratory.
