研究离子液体-乙醇胺体系的脱碳反应条件优化,降低脱碳能耗.首先明确离子液体-乙醇胺体系的脱碳流程,通过实践确定最优脱碳反应条件并进行改进,最终将离子液体-乙醇胺体系的脱碳反应条件优化为吸收压力0.5 MPa、离子液体[bmim][PF4]用量设定为 0.13 L/min.实验表明:质量分数 30%(MEA)-[bmim][BF4]水溶的吸收容量与吸收速率最优.
Optimization of Decarbonization Reaction Conditions for Ionic Liquid Ethanolamine System
The optimization of decarbonization reaction conditions in the ionic liquid ethanolamine system was studied to reduce decarbonization energy consumption.Firstly,it clarifies the decarbonization process of the ionic liquid ethanolamine system,determines the optimal decarbonization reaction conditions through practice and makes improvements.Finally,it optimizes the decarbonization reaction conditions of the ionic liquid ethanolamine system to an absorption pressure of 0.5 MPa and sets the amount of ionic liquid[bmim][PF4]to 0.13 L/min.The experiment shows that the absorption capacity and absorption rate of 30%(MEA)-[bmim][BF4]water-soluble are optimal.
