Application of Phosphorus Modified SSZ-13 Zeolite in Ethanol to Propylene Reaction
In this study,SSZ-13 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and then it was modified with phosphorus by impregnation method.The zeolite samples were characterized by XRD,N2 physical adsorption and NH3-TPD methods.The catalytic performance of phosphorus modified SSZ-13 on ethanol to propylene(ETP)was investigated with a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that introduction of phosphorus led to a certain degree of decrease in the crystallinity,specific surface area,pore volume,acid amount,and acid strength of the SSZ-13 sample,but improved its catalytic performance for ETP process.After phosphorus modification,its propylene selectivity increased from 83.7%to 86.9%.
