为进一步探究二苯基乙二酮的绿色合成方法,参考相关资料,以空气氧化法取代传统的硝酸氧化法进行实验,确定实验最优参数组合为:催化剂用量为催化剂摩尔分数15%、反应温度100℃、反应时间90 min.在此基础上,进行循环实验后,得到了产率和纯度均较高的二苯基乙二酮产物,表明本次实验取得初步进展,预计其在实际生产中也将具有潜在应用价值.
Analysis of Green Synthesis Methods for Diphenylethylenedione
In order to further explore the green synthesis method of diphenylethylenedione and refer to relevant materials,the air oxidation method was used instead of the traditional nitric acid oxidation method for the experiment.The optimal parameter combination for the experiment was determined to be:catalyst dosage of 15%,reaction temperature of 100 ℃,and reaction time of 90 minutes.On this basis,after conducting a cyclic experiment,a high yield and purity product of diphenylethylene glycol was obtained,indicating that preliminary progress has been made in this experiment,and it is expected that it will also have potential application value in actual production.
