高酸原油选择适合破乳剂的实验分析研究

现有破乳剂均有一定的局限性,对于特高含水的水包油型乳状液,存在脱水率低、脱水温度高、脱水速度慢等缺点,因此,针对不同地区的不同原油选择适合的破乳剂有着重要意义.基于此,考察了影响破乳剂性能的各种反应条件,在实验温度90 ℃和用量为10×10-6破乳剂的条件下,通过瓶试脱水法,考察评价石油磺酸盐对破乳剂的影响.研究表明,石油磺酸盐明显降低了破乳剂在高酸原油中破乳脱水作用.
Experimental Analysis on Selection of Suitable Demulsifier for High acid Crude Oil
With the development of society,the demand for oil is increasing.The existing demulsifiers have certain limitations.For the oil-in-water emulsion with extremely high water content,the dehydration rate is low,the dehydration temperature is high,and the dehydration speed is slow.Therefore,it is very important to select suitable demulsifier for different crude oil in different regions.The effect of petroleum sulfonate on demulsifier was investigated by bottle dewatering method at 90 ℃ and 10 x 10-6 demulsifier.The results show that petroleum sulfonates significantly reduce the demulsification and dehydration of demulsifier in high acid crude oil.
