聚醚类聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂LED固化活性研究

摘要
本实验设计合成了 3类不同相对分子质量聚醚类丙烯酸酯类树脂,并通过UV-DSC研究了不同树脂在395 nm LED灯下双键转化率,从而判断不同树脂对LED固化的响应活性.结果表明,聚丙二醇聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂对LED固化响应活性最高;聚醚聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂的固化活性随着相对分子质量的增加而逐渐降低.
Abstract
This paper synthesized three types of polyether acrylate resins with different molecular weights and judge the response activity of different resins to 395 nm LED polymerization by UV-DSC.The results show that polypropylene glycol urethane acrylate resin has the highest response activity to LED curing,and the polymerization activity of poly ether urethane acrylate resin gradually decreases with the increasing of molecular weight.
