为了得到新型有效的光催化剂以满足现代可持续发展的要求,实验提出一种基于水热合成法的Bi2S3复合BiOCl光催化剂制备方法.通过X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术对该光催化剂的表征特性进行了分析.结果表明,所制备得到的Bi2S3复合BiOCl光催化剂内部形成了良好的异质结,且并未发现有其他晶相的衍射峰,衍射峰的位置与强度并没有发生明显的变化;但复合材料的吸收边缘相对于BiOCl明显发生了位置红移.以上结果说明,可以利用水热合成法制备新型复合材料,并提高光催化剂的利用效率与催化活性.
Preparation of Bi2S3 Composite BiOCl Photocatalyst Based on Hydrothermal Synthesis Method
In order to obtain new and effective photocatalysts to meet the requirements of modern sustainable development,a preparation method of Bi2S3 composite BiOCl photocatalyst based on hydrothermal synthesis method is proposed in the experiment.The characterization characteristics of the photocatalyst were analyzed using techniques such as X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the prepared Bi2S3 composite BiOCl photocatalyst formed a good heterojunction inside,and no diffraction peaks of other crystal phases were found.The position and intensity of the diffraction peaks did not change significantly.However,the absorption edge of the composite material shows a significant position redshift relative to BiOCl.The above results indicate that hydrothermal synthesis can be used to prepare new composite materials and improve the utilization efficiency and catalytic activity of photocatalysts.
