Study on the Preparation of AMS Hydrogenation Catalyst and the Effect of Reaction Conditions on Catalyst Activity
With the rapid development of the social economy, modern petrochemical industry requires the use of catalysts. This article conducts research and analysis on the preparation methods and experiments of AMS hydrogenation catalysts, and analyzes the effects of reaction temperature, pressure, hydrogen release rate, etc.on catalyst activity through experiments. The experiment shows that 100 ℃ is the optimal reaction temperature, but the starting temperature of the catalyst can be 80℃,which is lower than the starting temperature of the factory. As the space time increases, the conversion rate also increases relatively.0.7 MPa is the optimal reaction pressure, and under high pressure, hydrogen desorption may occur, leading to a decrease in conversion rate. The hydrogen release rate has little effect on the AMS conversion rate.
