Study on the Determination Method of Hexavalent Chromium in Soil of Construction Land
The pollution of hexavalent chromium on soil can lead to a decrease in soil quality and affect the ecological environment.A chemical determination method combining plasma mass spectrometry has been proposed for the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil for construction purposes.During the process, the extraction operation of hexavalent chromium in soil was first designed, followed by the introduction of a buffer solution to eliminate the interference of trivalent chromium. Then,a plasma mass spectrometry analyzer was used as the detection instrument, and a complete determination process was designed. The experimental results indicate that the detection limit of the research method reaches 0.280 mg/kg.The fluctuation range of the measurement results of the research method in 12 samples remains within 1.2 mg/kg.This indicates that the research method can effectively determine hexavalent chromium in soil and provide certain chemical technology references for environmental protection.
