多管法测定地表水中粪大肠菌群的测量不确定度评定方法研究

依据《水质 粪大肠菌群的测定 多管发酵法》(HJ 347.2-2018),研究了地表水中粪大肠菌群的测量不确定度,主要对培养基称量和溶液的量取、水样取样稀释以及两种浓度水样重复性检测引起的不确定度进行量化分析.通过本研究得出A类评定的不确定度为粪大肠菌群测量的不确定度的主要来源.不确定度的分析能有效掌握检测结果的可信程度和准确性,建立的不确定度评定方法,适用于类似粪大肠菌群检测的不确定度评定.
Evaluation Method of Uncertainty for Determination of Fecal Coliform in Surface Water by Multi-tube Method
According to the Determination of Water Quality,Fecal Coliform Fermentation-Multi Tube Fermentation Method(HJ 347.2-2018),the measurement uncertainty of fecal coliform in surface water was studied,and the uncertainty caused by medium weighing and solution measurement,sampling dilution of water samples and the repetitive detection of the two concentration water samples were quantified.This study concluded that the uncertainty of class A assessment is the main source of the uncertainty of fecal coliform group measurement.The analysis of uncertainty can effectively grasp the credibility and accuracy of the test results,and the established uncertainty assessment method is suitable for the uncertainty evaluation similar to the detection of fecal coliform bacteria.
