摘要
水质粪大肠菌群是水体受人畜粪便污染的最直接指标.本文对多管发酵法测定水中粪大肠菌群中样品采集、样品保存、质量保证和质量控制措施、废物处理等内容进行探讨,并对HJ 347.2-2018方法进行验证,方法的空白对照、阴阳菌株对照、准确度和精密度结果均符合方法要求.
Abstract
Water quality fecal coliform group is the most direct indicator of water pollution by human and animal feces.In this paper,the manifold zymotechnics for the determination of fecal coliform bacteria in water was discussed,including sample collection,sample preservation,quality assurance and quality control measures,waste treatment and so on,and the method of HJ347.2-2018 was validated,the results of blank control,positive and negative strains control,accuracy and precision of the method were in accordance with the requirements of the method.
