摘要

无机实验样品消解一般都要用到电热板消解.现在随着经济发展越来越快,市面上前处理消解的设备已经非常多.这次研究用石墨消解法消解土壤样品和电热板消解法消解土壤样品进行分析测试比较.样品采用国家标准土壤编号为GSS-31、GSS-33,测定铜、铅、锌、镍重金属元素的含量,比较2种设备消解方法的重复性、准确度及影响结果的因素,为样品前处理消解提供参考依据[1].

Abstract

The digestion of inorganic experimental samples generally requires the use of electric heating plate.Now with the faster and faster economic development,there are already a lot of equipment for processing digestion on the market.In this study,the graphite digestion method and the electrothermal plate digestion method were used to analyze and compare the soil samples.The national standard soil numbers GSS-31 and GSS-33 were used to determine the contents of heavy metal elements such as copper,lead,zinc and nickel.The repeatability,accuracy and factors affecting the results of the two digestion methods were compared to provide reference for sample pre-treatment digestion.
