摘要
煤化工行业的发展中,煤质化验作为关键的环节之一,决定了煤炭生产的质量,在煤炭资源的合理开发利用中,该环节作为基础发挥了关键的作用.本文对煤质化验的流程展开了讨论,结合化验操作中存在的问题,总结了误差控制的有效措施,目的是要加强对煤质化验过程中误差风险的分析、防范,提高煤质化验操作的精准水平,为煤炭资源的开发利用提供保障.
Abstract
In the development of coal chemical industry,coal quality test,as one of the key links,determines the quality of coal production,and plays a key role as the basis in the rational development and utilization of coal resources.This article discusses the process of coal quality testing and summarizes effective measures for error control based on the problems existing in the testing operation.The purpose is to strengthen the analysis and prevention of error risks in the coal quality testing process,improve the accuracy level of coal quality testing operation,and provide guarantees for the development and utilization of coal resources.
