摘要

接收站在LNG存储、预冷设备和管道保冷的过程中产生大量的蒸发气(BOG),而新投产接收站在不具备气态外输的情况下只能将BOG排放至火炬,造成大量的经济损失和环境污染.本研究根据华东某接收站投产初期实际情况探索出一种BOG再冷凝后去往槽车外输方案,可实现降本增效,为其他接收站投产初期BOG处理提供了参考.

Abstract

The receiving station produces a large amount of evaporative gas(BOG)in the process of LNG storage,pre-cooling equipment and pipeline cooling,while the new receiving station can only discharge BOG to the torch without gaseous transportation,resulting in a lot of economic losses and environmental pollution.According to the actual situation in the initial stage of operation of a receiving station in East China,this study explores a scheme for transporting BOG to the tanker after re-condensation,which can reduce cost and increase efficiency,and provides a reference for BOG treatment in the initial stage of operation of other receiving stations.
