摘要
准噶尔盆地东部油田上部地层膏质泥岩发育,易发生水化分散、井壁失稳,钻井液体系受钙离子污染,流变性和降滤失性难以控制,严重制约了东部油田勘探开发进程.针对准噶尔盆地东部油田钻井液污染和抑制性不稳定难题,以抗钙降滤失剂为核心,构建了抗钙能力强、性能稳定的高钙基水基钻井液体系,室内评价了其抗温性、抑制性和抗污染性.现场试验结果表明,高钙基钻井液体系在含盐地层、盐膏层均表现出良好的降滤失能力、流变性和抗污染能力,复杂时率为0,为保障东部油田上部地层的安全快速钻进提供了技术支撑.
Abstract
The upper formation of the oil field in the eastern the Junggar Basin is developed with gypsum mudstone,which is prone to hydration dispersion,wellbore instability,calcium ion pollution of the drilling fluid system,and difficult to control rheology and fluid loss reduction,seriously restricting the exploration and development process of the eastern oil field.In order to solve the problem of drilling fluid pollution and instability of inhibition in the eastern oil field of the Junggar Basin,a high calcium based water-based drilling fluid system with strong calcium resistance and stable performance was constructed with anti calcium fluid loss additive as the core,and its temperature resistance,inhibition and pollution resistance were evaluated in laboratory.The on-site test results show that the high calcium based drilling fluid system exhibits good filtration loss reduction ability,rheological properties,and pollution resistance in both saline and salt gypsum layers,with a complex time rate of 0.This provides technical support for ensuring safe and rapid drilling in the upper strata of the eastern oilfield.
