聚氯乙烯作为全球通用的合成树脂材料,已经成为目前最为广泛的塑料用品之一,在各行各业中都发挥着重要作用.近年来,随着全球能源紧张趋势加剧,氯碱企业的盈利空间越来越小.特别是采用电石法生产聚氯乙烯,工艺复杂,能耗也相对较高.基于此,在有限的资源背景下,陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司在实际生产中采用多种创新技术手段,进行了聚氯乙烯生产过程的能源降耗管理,并取得了 一定的成效.

Polyvinyl chloride,as a globally recognized synthetic resin material,has become one of the most widely used plastic products and plays an important role in various industries.In recent years,with the intensification of global energy shortages,chlor alkali enterprises are facing increasingly small profit margins.Especially when using the calcium carbide method to produce polyvinyl chloride,the process is complex and the energy consumption is relatively high.Based on this,under the limited resource background,Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.has adopted various innovative technological means in actual production to manage energy consumption reduction in the PVC production process,and has achieved certain results.
