摘要
初步水处理系统作为气化装置的辅助单元,水处理的效果好坏直接影响到气化装置渣水系统和湿洗系统的运行效果.对初步水处理系统进行工艺优化,并对管线材质进行升级改造,确保壳牌气化装置稳定运行.
Abstract
The preliminary water treatment system,as an auxiliary unit of the gasification device,directly affects the operational effectiveness of the slag water system and wet washing system of the gasification device.The process optimization of the preliminary water treatment system and the upgrading and transformation of pipeline materials lay a solid foundation for the stable operation of the Shell gasification device.
