为进一步探究化工厂循环冷却塔水汽回收效果的提升路径,本文结合循环冷却塔的实际运行工艺流程,通过调节空气冷却工质的温度和湿度指标,对水汽回收效果进行测试,并初步总结出较为合理的空气冷却工质参数,以期为后续的循环冷却塔水汽回收技术优化工作提供参考.
Water Vapor Recovery Technology for Circulating Cooling Towers in Chemical Plants Based on Air Cooling Working Fluid
In order to further explore the improvement path of the water vapor recovery effect of the circulating cooling tower in chemical plants,this article combines the actual operating process of the circulating cooling tower,tests the water vapor recovery effect by adjusting the temperature and humidity indicators of the air cooling medium,and preliminarily summarizes the more reasonable parameters of the air cooling medium,in order to provide reference for the subsequent optimization of the water vapor recovery technology of the circulating cooling tower.
