摘要
基于己内酰胺高品质要求,其装置设有己内酰胺精制工段;萃取法是去除杂质的重要方法,精制工段采用萃取提纯,实现产品质量要求.结合现有工艺、设备运行情况以及存在的问题,对己内酰胺精制塔内件及塔系统进行改进,实现萃取效果提升、装置能耗降低、产品品质提升.
Abstract
Based on the high quality requirements of caprolactam,the device is equipped with a caprolactam refining section.Extraction method is an important method for removing impurities,and the refining section adopts extraction purification to achieve product quality requirements.Based on the existing process,equipment operation,and existing problems,improvements will be made to the internal components and tower system of the caprolactam refining tower to achieve improved extraction efficiency,reduced device energy consumption,and improved product quality.
