Research and Application Exploration of Intelligent Heating Technology for Coking
Traditional coking heating processes have problems such as large temperature measurement errors,which indirectly lead to increased energy consumption.The application of intelligent heating technology in coking can improve the accuracy of coke oven temperature measurement,improve coal utilization,and meet the requirements of intrinsic safety,energy conservation,and emission reduction.Based on this,the application of the comprehensive measurement and control system and measuring device for coke oven heating was introduced,and the advantages of the coke oven automatic heating system and the application effects of various technologies were analyzed,providing reference for related research applications.
