顺层钻孔抽采方式在高瓦斯中厚煤层工作面瓦斯治理中的应用研究

摘要
针对高瓦斯中厚煤层工作面瓦斯涌出大、控制困难的问题,对常用的抽采方式进行比较,选择了适用性最佳的顺层钻孔抽采方式.在分析钻孔布置、封孔深度、抽采负压和抽采时间等影响抽采效果的各种因素的基础上,对高瓦斯中厚煤层工作面抽采进行设计,并优化瓦斯抽放参数.实践应用表明:顺层钻孔抽采方式在3102工作面的抽放效率高达62.71%,极大地降低了高瓦斯中厚煤层的安全隐患,对控制瓦斯灾害具有重要意义.
Abstract
In response to the problem of large gas emission and difficult control in high gas and medium thick coal seam working faces,a comparison was made between commonly used extraction methods,and the most suitable layer drilling extraction method was selected.On the basis of analyzing various factors that affect the extraction effect,such as drilling layout,sealing depth,negative pressure and extraction time,the extraction of high gas medium thick coal seam working face is designed and the gas extraction parameters are optimized.Practical applications have shown that the drainage efficiency of the layer by layer drilling method in the 3102 working face is as high as 62.71%,greatly reducing the safety hazards of high gas and medium thick coal seams,which is of great significance for controlling gas disasters.
