Research on the Technical Scheme and Process Optimization of Top Coal Caving in 8107 Working Face
In order to increase the coal production of coal mines,reduce the loss of residual coal,and increase the production life of the mine,considering the on-site production conditions of the 8107 top coal caving mining face,the weak support deep hole blasting coupled with CO2 distributed pre cracking loosening end coal caving process is used to improve the"single wheel sequence"coal caving method to"multi wheel chasing sequence"and"interval layering"coal caving method.After the on-site test results of the 8107 working face,the improved process has increased the recovery rate of the mining face by about 6%,with a single blade production of about 4 576 tons and a single meter clean coal production of 5 720 tons.The average monthly progress is about 99.46 meters,directly creating an economic benefit of about 20.422 3 million yuan.
