污泥预热自热高温好氧消化及其资源化利用的研究

污水污泥产量与日俱增,如何有效处理已成为污水处理厂的一大难题.污泥资源化利用是污泥最有效的处置方法.本文设计了一套污泥好氧消化装置,在预热和保温的作用下,反应器能维持在高温状态下运行,在设计进泥含固率5%~6.5%、搅拌速度80 r/min、曝气量0.12 m3/h参数条件下,固体停留时间为10 d时,消化出泥挥发性有机物(VSS)降解率达到最高,为55%,出泥的病原菌达到"未检出"的状态,出泥实现了稳定化和无害化的标准,能实现污泥资源化利用的目标.
Research on Sludge Autothermal High-temperature Aerobic Digestion with Preheating and Resource Utilization
The production of sewage sludge is increasing day by day,and how to effectively treat it has become a major challenge for sewage treatment plants.The utilization of sludge resources is the most effective method for sludge disposal.This paper designed a sludge aerobic digestion device,which could maintain the operation of the reactor at high temperature under the action of preheating and insulation.Under the design parameters of sludge solid content 5%~6.5%,stirring speed 80 r/min,and aeration rate 0.12 m3/h,when the solid retention time was 10 d,the degradation rate of the digested sludge reached the highest 55%.The pathogenic bacteria in the sludge was"undetected",and the sludge achieved the standards of stabilization and harmless treatment,then achieve the goal of sludge resource utilization.
