摘要

针对燃煤热电厂运行中产生的多种废水水质复杂,含盐量高的特点,采用混凝澄清预处理—超滤—弱酸阳床 级反渗透—浓水反渗透—STRO—三效蒸发结晶的中水回用零排放处理工艺,将混合废水分离浓缩,最终获得合格的工业回用水以及混盐,达到工业废水零排放,实现工业废水资源化利用.

Abstract

In response to the complex water quality and high salt content of various wastewater generated during the operation of coal-fired thermal power plants,a zero discharge treatment process for reclaimed water reuse is adopted,which includes coagulation clarification pretreatment,ultrafiltration,weak acid cation bed,primary reverse osmosis,concentrated water reverse osmosis,STRO,and triple effect evaporation crystallization.The mixed wastewater is separated and concentrated to obtain qualified industrial reuse water and mixed salt,achieving zero discharge of industrial wastewater and achieving resource utilization of industrial wastewater.
