NOx is one of the main sources of atmospheric PM2..5,cement production is second only to the thermal power industry NOx emission source,seeking ultra-low emission technology transformation program is the key to chemical management.This paper starts with the establishment of the structure of cement kiln decomposition furnace,and optimizes the combustion technology of cement kiln NOx intrinsic reduction SNCR denitrification.The experimental results show that the denitrification capacity of SNCR is 1.4 times higher than that of SCR,which can effectively improve the denitrification performance.The research can be used as the guiding principle for the design of furnace optimization denitration modification,in order to achieve ultra-low emission and reduce ammonia consumption of cement kiln.
